Liam Payne has died at the age of 31. The One Direction member died after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Alberto Crescenti, head of the state emergency medical system, said that he fell into a courtyard at Casa Sur Hotel. Before t he incident the hotel called 911 about Payne’s behavior. According to a transcript of the call the hotel employee said the musician was intoxicated and presumed he was “under the influence of alcohol and drugs,” insisting that someone needed to come “urgently” to the location. It’s unclear if the fall was accidental, and authorities are investigating the circumstances of his death.
