Amazon Key advertising has been all over our social media feeds, and now it’s finally here. The new Amazon service, available to Prime members in eligible zip codes, aims to give you more control over your delivery options. The Amazon Key In-Home Kit starts at $249.99 and includes the required indoor security camera and option of smart lock for the front door. The kit is a bit of a deal right now, as the included Amazon Cloud Cam sells for $139.99 and the smart locks start at $149.99, AND installation is free. It seems like there would be some major perks to using this system, because you can of course receive (and watch live) Amazon deliveries inside your front door, but you can also use the smart lock and camera to more safely let friends, dog walkers and other services into your home.
