JIMMY FALLON apologizes for BLACK FACE SKETCH ON SNL

Jimmy Fallon apologized on Tuesday for wearing blackface during an episode of Saturday Night Live after facing backlash on social media when the sketch from 2000 was posted on Twitter. “In 2000, while on SNL, I made a terrible decision to do an impersonation of Chris Rock while in blackface. There is no excuse for this,” Fallon tweeted. “I am very sorry for making this unquestionably offensive decision and thank all of you for holding me accountable.”

Lori Loughlin and her husband will have to wait to be sentenced for the college admissions scandal. A federal judge gave the couple an August 21st court date. “They’re disappointed,” a legal source close to the couple told PEOPLE. “The whole point of this was to put this behind them, and they wanted the hearing sooner rather than later.” The couple agreed to a plea deal on May 22nd.

Anna Kendrick stars in the new HBO Max series Love Life. The show is set to help launch the new streaming service. Kendrick told The Sydney Morning Herald that she will not shoot scenes that require her to be nude on camera. “My personal feelings on nudity  – I’ve never had a problem with simulated sex scenes – that feels like it’s about the character, whereas I only get one body, so nudity is more about me,” Kendrick said.
