Abby Lee Miller has been sentenced to a year and one day in federal prison for bankruptcy fraud. The Dance Moms star will also spend two years on probation after her release and have to pay a fine of $40,000 and a $120,000 judgement for a currency reporting violation. Prosecutors said she tried to cheat her creditors by hiding $775,000 worth of income. Miller announced in March that she would be leaving the reality show.
Zooey Deschanel and her husband Jacob Pechenik have welcomed their second child, a baby boy named Charlie Wolf Pechenik. According to PEOPLE, Zooey gave birth last week in Los Angeles. Her rep told that magazine, “Zooey, Jacob and their daughter Elsie are overjoyed to welcome the newest member to their family.”
According to TMZ Jodie Sweetin’s ex-fiance Justin Hodak got a suspended sentence of six years in prison after pleading no contest in court on Friday, May 5th to gun possession charges. Justin will only have to serve 120 days in L.A. County Jail and will get credit for the 56 days he has already served. He will have to stay away from Jodie for 5 years. Justin was arrested three times within a nine day period back in March after Jodie called of their engagement.
