AMBER HEARD wants JOHNNY DEPP’S LAWSUIT thrown OUT

Amber Heard has a new lawyer and they have filed new court documents asking that Johnny Depp’s $50 million defamation lawsuit against her be thrown out. In court documents they claim that the Washington Post op-ed that sparked the lawsuit,“ wasn’t about him, didn’t mention his name, and that some of his insistence that certain statements in it defamed him “verge on frivolous.” Depp’s attorneys have yet to respond to the new filing.

Scarlett Johansson is standing by Woody Allen. “I love Woody,” Johansson told The Hollywood Reporter. “I believe him and I would work with him anytime.” The Avengers star added, “I see Woody whenever I can, and I have had a lot of conversations with him about it. I have been very direct with him, and he’s very direct with me. He maintains his innocence, and I believe him.” Allen’s adopted daughter Dylan Farrow claims that he molested her at a young age.

Zooey Deschanel and Jacob Pechenik have called it quits after four years of marriage. “After much discussion and a long period of contemplation we have decided we are better off as friends, business partners and co-parents rather than life partners,” the couple said in a joint statement. “We remain committed to our business, our values and most of all our children. Thank you for respecting our privacy at this time.”
