DANCING with the STARS SEASON 32 CAST ANNOUNCED

Dancing With the Stars announced their full cast on Good Morning America on Wednesday. Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix, singer Jason Mraz, How I Met Your Mother star Alyson Hannigan, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Mauricio Umansky, actor Tyson Beckford and Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion star Mira Sorvino will all hit the dance floor for season 32.

Taylor Swift was one of the biggest winners at the VMA’s on  Tuesday night. She won nine trophies including Artist of the Year and  Song of the Year. She broke her own record for Video of the Year award wins by winning for the fourth time with Anit-Hero. N’SYNC reunited for the first time in almost a decade for the ceremony and presented Swift with her Best Pop Video award. 

Aerosmith canceled multiple dates on their Peace Out farewell tour due to Steven Tyler’s vocal cord injury. “I’m heartbroken to say I have received strict doctor’s orders not to sing for the next thirty days,” Tyler wrote on the band’s social media .”I sustained vocal cord damage during Saturday’s show that led to subsequent bleeding. We’ll need to postpone a few dates so that we can come back and give you the performance you deserve.”

ROBIN ROBERTS MARRIED longtime girlfriend AMBER LAIGN

Robin  Roberts married her longtime girlfriend Amber Laign tied the knot on Friday. The Good Morning America anchor announced the news on Instagram. “An intimate, magical wedding ceremony in our backyard followed by a joyous reception…ohhhh the dancing!!” ,Roberts captioned photos from the bigs day. “We are immensely grateful to all for making it a day and a night to remember. Honeymoon here we come!”

Drew Barrymore will resume production of her talkshow amid the WGA strike. “To be clear, our talk show actually wrapped on April 20th so we never had to shut down the show,” she wrote in a statement. “However, I am also making the choice to come back for the first time in this strike for our show, that may have my name on it but this is bigger than just me.” She added, “Our show was built for sensitive times and has only functioned through what the real world is going through in real time. I want to be there to provide what writers do so well, which is a way to bring us together or help us make sense of the human experience.”

Ed Sheeran postponed his Las Vegas concert at Allegiant Stadium at the last minute on Saturday. He announced the news on social media to concert goers. “I can’t believe I’m typing this but there’s been some challenges encountered during the load in of our Vegas show,” Sheeran wrote on Instagram. “It’s impossible to go forward with the show. I’m so sorry. I know everyone has travelled in for this and I wish I could change it. The gig will be postponed to Saturday October 28th and all purchased tickets will be valid for that date. I’m so, so sorry x.”

MILA and ASHTON APOLOGIZE for their SUPPORT of DANNY MASTERSON

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis issued an apology on Saturday in response to the backlash over their  letters in support of rapist Danny Masterson,. The couple co-starred with Masterson on “That ’70s Show.” They posted a brief video  on Instagram on Saturday. “We are aware of the pain that has been caused by the character letters that we wrote on behalf of Danny Masterson,” Kutcher began. “The letters were not written to question the legitimacy of the judicial system, or the validity of the jury’s ruling,” Kunis said. Kutcher added that the letters were not intended to undermine the testimony of the victims.”We would never want to do that. And we’re sorry that that has taken place,” he said.

Captain America star Chris Evans reportedly tied the knot Saturday with  Alba Baptista in an intimate ceremony at a private estate in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. According to Page Six guests signed NDAs and phones were forfeited for privacy. The guest list included some of the actor’s Marvel co-stars, including Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth and Jeremy Renner.

Sylvester Stallone toured Vatican City on Friday with his family. The Rocky star was granted an audience with Pope Francis. The Pope reportedly told Stallone it was an honor to meet him because he grew up watching his movies.  Stallone actually shadowboxed the Pope in a video of their interaction. 

JOE JONAS and SOPHIE TURNER CALL IT QUITS

Joe Jonas has reportedly filed for divorce after four years of marriage. According to TMZ Jonas filed the paperwork in Miami on Tuesday. The singer states in the court docs that they have a prenup in place. Jonas and Sophie Turner tied the knot in Vegas following the Billboard Music Awards in 2019 before marring in France the next month. They share two small children. 

Chris Rock and Diplo were among the thousands of people who were stranded at Burning Man after heavy rains turned the festival into a huge mud pit. The DJ posted a video of himself and Rock piled into the back of a truck with a group of people escaping the campgrounds on Saturday.” A fan offered Chris Rock and I a ride out of Burning Man in the back of a pickup,” Diplo wrote, adding they caught the ride only after walking six miles “through the mud.” Later that nigh Diplo played a gig in Washington D.C. with “mud still” on his face.

Lea Michele wrapped up her Broadway stint in Funny Girl on Sunday. The Glee star shared an Instagram post before her final performance, “For the past year, I’ve had the honor and privilege of playing the iconic Fanny Brice in Funny Girl on the August Wilson Stage,” she wrote. “An opportunity my younger self could have only dreamed of. And did.” She made her Funny Girl debut in September 2022. 

Longtime PRICE IS RIGHT HOST BOB BARKER dies at the age of 99

Bob Barker has passed away at the age of 99. Barker’s publicist Roger Neal confirmed the news on Saturday morning. The gameshow legend died of natural causes in his Hollywood Hills home. “It is with profound sadness that we announce that the World’s Greatest MC who ever lived, Bob Barker, has left us,” Neal’s statement read. Barker’s entertainment career started in Radio He began his television gameshow host career in 1956 by hosting Truth or Consequences. Barker hosted the show until 1975. He also hosted the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants on CBS from 1967 to 1987 making history as the longest running pageant host in pageant history. Barker began hosting The Price is Right on CBS in 1972 where he remained for 35 years before stepping away in 2007. 

RIHANNA AND A$AP ROCKY have WELCOMED BABY #2

Rihanna is a mom of 2.  The singer and her partner A$AP Rocky have recently welcomed their second child together. TMZ reported that the baby arrived August 3rd in Los Angeles.  According to the outlet there is no confirmation about the newborn’s name but it starts with “R” and it’s a boy. The couple are already parents to their son RZA who was born in May 2022.

Ariana Grande is the latest artist to cut ties with manager Scooter Braun. Grande had worked with him for 10 years. Billboard reported that Demi Lovato had ended her working relationship with SB Projects last month and that she is currently searching for new management. It was recently reported that Justin Bieber had cut ties but with Braun but both parties have denied that.  

Tori Spelling left the hospital on Sunday. The former Beverly Hills 90210 star was spotted in a wheelchair leaving the hospital with several bruises on her face. Spelling was in the hospital getting treatment for several days. She confirmed her hospital stay on social media but did not give details about why she checked in on Thursday. 

 

BRITNEY SPEARS and SAM ASGHARI call it QUITS!!

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have split. According to TMZ the couple split after a “nuclear argument” that involved allegations of cheating. A source told the outlet that Sam confronted the pop star about rumors that she cheated on him. Sam has reportedly moved out and has a place of his own. The couple started dating in 2016 and were married in June 2022.

 Cole Sprouse opened up about the backlash that he received from fans after his breakup with Lili Reinhart. “I get a lot of stuff sent to my house or my loved ones’ houses. Death threats, really nasty, honestly criminal stuff,” he told Vulture. He added, “Perhaps because those lines were blurred to our audience, it’s hard to break those things up when life moves on.” Sprouse and his costar Reinhart split in real life in 2020 after dating on and off for three years. His Riverdale character romanced her character on screen from season 1 to season 5. 

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis had a big win in their legal battle with their former nanny on Wednesday. A judge ruled that Ericka Genaro’s wrongful termination lawsuit against the former couple would be moved to arbitration, meaning the parties will have to resolve their issues outside the courts via a private arbitrator. Wilde and Sudeikis had requested that the case be moved to arbitration. The ex’s are parents to 9-year-old son Otis and 6-year-old daughter Daisy. 

ASHLEY OLSEN is a MOM!!

Ashley Olsen and Louis Eisner are parents. According to TMZ the couple have welcomed their first child together, a son name Otto. The outlet is reporting that the Full House star gave birth a few months ago in New York. Olsen and Eisner tied the knot in December 2022. 

Michael Oher the NFL star whose life is depicted in The Blind Side filed a petition in court to end Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy’s conservatorship over him. “Michael trusted the Tuohys and signed where they told him to sign. What he signed, however, and unknown to Michael until after February 2023, were not adoption papers, or the equivalent of adoption papers,” the petition states. Instead, the papers appointed Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy his conservators.” The couple had “total control” over Oher’s ability to negotiate for or enter any contract. Sandra Bullock won best actress for her performance of Leigh Anne Tuohy at the 2010 82nd annual Academy Awards.

Zooey Deschanel and Jonathan Scott are engaged. According to People, Scott proposed on Sunday during a vacation in Scotland. The New Girl star posted a photo of her engagement ring on social media captioned, “Forever starts now!!”  The pair celebrated their four year anniversary last week. The marriage will be Scott’s second and Deschanel’s third.

RITA ORA reveals details ABOUT HER WEDDING

Rita Ora and  Taika Waititi revealed some details of their wedding on their one year anniversary. It’s actually been quite entertaining for us to see the different stories people made up and all the while getting to keep it to ourselves,” Rita, told Vogue. “And, I love that we now get to share what really happened—and to do it on our one-year anniversary, no less!” Taika added, “It wasn’t in London or in France like everyone reported. It was in L.A. with a small group of friends.” According to the couple only eight people were in attendance and their parents joined in over Zoom. 

Taylor Swift’s shows at SoFi Stadium have been filled with celebrity fans. Elizabeth Banks was among the crowd on night one. Sarah Michelle Gellar and Seth Green had a Buffy the Vampire Slayer reunion in the VIP tent on Saturday. Hilary Duff said “Taylor is a monster, like, I don’t know how she does that every night,” after she attended Friday night’s concert. Mindy Kaling, Sofia Vergara, Mae Whitman, Jennie Garth, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Jessica Alba, Jenna Dewan and Sarah Paulson have all been spotted at the Eras Tour.

 

PAUL “PEE WEE HERMAN” REUBENS DIES at the age of 70

Paul Reubens best known as his character Pee Wee Herman passed away at the age of 70 on Sunday. “Last night we said farewell to Paul Reubens, an iconic American actor, comedian, writer and producer whose beloved character Pee-wee Herman delighted generations of children and adults with his positivity, whimsy and belief in the importance of kindness,” a rep for the comedian said in a statement. 

Suzanne Sommers revealed that her breast cancer has returned. “I have been living with cancer since my 20s. And every time that little f—ker pops up, I continue to bat it back,” she said on Monday in a statement to Entertainment Tonight. . “It’s a recurrence of my breast cancer. Like any cancer patient, when you get that dreaded, ‘It’s back’ you get a pit in your stomach,” the Three’s Company star said.  “Then I put on my battle gear and go to war. This is familiar battleground for me and I’m very tough.” 

Viola Davis paused work on her upcoming movie G20 due to the SAG and WGA strikes. Davis had granted permission by the guild to continue work on the project according to a statement given to the Los Angeles Times. The film is among dozens independent project that had been granted a waiver by SAG/Aftra.
