Ben Stiller appeared on Capitol Hill on Wednesday to testify on behalf of Syrian refugees. Stiller, a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, recalled his visits to refugee camps in Lebanon and Jordan and focused on how the conflict had affected children. “Eight years into this crisis, we must not look away,” he said, praising the work of the U.N. refugee agency, but said it is lacking the resources needed to address the crisis.
Tuesday night the cast of “The Big Bang Theory” took their final bow at the last live taping of their beloved sitcom. It was the final scenes for their 279th episode after a 12-year run. “This show has touched so many hearts,” Kaley Cuoco told the fans who were lucky enough to be at the Warner Bros. soundstage Tuesday. Chrissy Teigen is teaming up with Hulu for a new cooking show. The streaming service announced a two-year multi-show development deal with the former model. One of the first shows set to launch will be, Family Style, a cooking talk show co-hosted by Teigen and David Chang.
