According to a new temporary custody agreement between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt the court “determined that not having a relationship with their father is harmful,” to their children and that having a healthy relationship with both parents is “critical.” The court also outline a detailed summer visitation schedule for the children not including their eldest son Maddox. Pitt will have access to his children and Jolie is not allowed to be present during his time with them. 

Sophia Bush said she never really wanted to marry her One Tree Hill co-star Chad Michael Murray. “Everybody’s been 22 and stupid,” she told Andy Cohen on his Sirius Xm show when he asked about their marriage. “It was not a thing I actually really wanted to do.” The couple tied the knot in 2005. They split 5 months after the wedding. Bush filed for an annulment but her request was denied and they were granted a divorce in December of 2006.  

Farrah Abraham was arrested for misdemeanor battery and trespassing at The Beverly Hills Hotel. The Teen Mom star allegedly hit a male security guard who asked her to leave. According to the police report the guard said, “ Abraham struck him in the face with her forearm, grabbed his ear and pushed him in the face as he attempted to prevent her from re-entering the hotel.” The reality star appeared to be intoxicated and was booked on $500 bail. Her court hearing is set for Friday.
