Chevy Chase has checked into a rehab facility for alcohol issues. The Community star’s announced on Monday that he entered the Havelden Addiction Treatment Center in Minnesota for a “tuneup” in his recovery. He has struggled with substance abuse before during his long career. Chase sought treatment at the Betty Ford Center in the 1980’s for a painkiller addiction.
Bill Cosby was back in court on Tuesday for a hearing in his sexual assault case. His defense is trying to keep key evidence out of the case. The judge could also set a trial date.
Beyonce has postponed her concert at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, that had been scheduled for this Wednesday. According to a statement posted on on the stadium’s website the show has been rescheduled for October 7th “as a result of strict doctor’s orders for vocal rest.” The singer celebrated her birthday over the weekend with a Soul Train themed party.
