CHRIS EVANS revealed why he almost PASSED ON CAPTAIN AMERICA

Chris Evans revealed why he almost passed on the the role of Captain America during Monday’s episode of The Hollywood Reporter’s Awards Chatter Podcast. He originally did not want to take the role because he had been dealing with severe anxiety for several years . When he was asked to test for the role he turned them down. It took talking to his therapist and “Iron Man” star Robert Downey Jr. to say yes to the role. “It was the best decision I’ve ever made, and I really owe that to [Marvel chief] Kevin Feige for being persistent and helping me avoid making a giant mistake,” Evans said.

Kevin Hart opened up about recovering from being critically injured in a devastating  car crash last year during his appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast. “When you come close to that light and if you are fortunate enough to come back from that light, you value life differently,” he said. “There are no bad days for me.” The Jumanji star was told that if he had he not been in such good physical shape when he was injured, he would likely have been paralyzed for life. Hart said he is “98 percent” physically recovered but changed forever and his family is now first in his life and his career is second.

Rob McElhenney confirmed over the weekend that the next season of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia will deal directly with the coronavirus pandemic. Though as McElhenney pointed out, Sunny does already have a quarantine episode, The Gang Gets Quarantined, which is episode seven of the show’s ninth season. The episode sees the gang locking themselves inside the pub to avoid a seasonal flu.  McElhenney said in an interview with NME, “ When we come back, don’t worry, we will address all this in the way only Sunny can!”
