Comedy legend Bob Newhart passed way Thursday morning at the age of 94. According to his publicist he died at his L.A. home after “a series of short illnesses.” Newhart told CNN that his role as Papa Elf in the beloved Christmas movie Elf “outranks, by far, any role I may have ever played.” RIP
