HENRY CAVILL in talks to reprise SUPERMAN ROLE

Henry Cavill is reportedly getting ready to put his red cape back on. According to Deadline Cavill is in talks to reprise his role as Superman in the Warner Bros. DC Universe. Sources told the outlet that it is not a standalone film but there are plans for him to appear as the Man of  Steel again. Cavill’s last appearance as Superman was back in 2017 when Justice League arrived in theaters. 

Howie Mandel revealed to Page Six how he has been coping during the coronavirus pandemic. “I’m on medication. I’m moving my therapist into a whole new tax bracket on the phone. Some people call it a pandemic, I call it ‘told ya!,” the America’s Got Talent judge said. “I felt responsible in the beginning for the shortage of PPE because I’d been hoarding gloves and masks and hazmat suits for the last 50 years but I’ve given them all away,” the well known germaphobe told the outlet.

James Marsden explained how Julia Roberts helped him land his role  in the 2007 film Hair Spray. Marsden told Ellen DeGeneres during an appearance on her talk show that he was sitting with a group including the film’s director at a restaurant in New York and they were just talking about the potential of him playing Corny Collins in the film. “In the middle of the interview, I had a tap on my shoulder and it was Julia Roberts, she was standing there,” he recalled. “She said ‘I don’t mean to interrupt, but I just wanted to tell you that you’re in my favorite movie, The Notebook, and I love what you do in the film, and congratulations on it, and nice to meet you.’ ” After Roberts left, “Adam Shankman turns to me and goes, ‘You didn’t have the job already, but I think that sort of seals it.’ ” Marsden said.
