James Franco is being sued by two former students from his acting school. Sarah Tither-Kaplan and Toni Gaal have accused Franco of “inappropriate and sexually charged behavior.” The lawsuit claims that Franco intimidated student actors into performing sex scenes in an “orgy type setting,” all while promising “false hopes of acquiring job opportunities.” Franco’s attorney issued a statement denying the charges. The school closed in 2017.
Demi Lovato apologized after facing backlash for her recent trip to Israel. The singer posted on social media about her experiences on the trip including being baptized in the Jordan River and her visit to the World Holocaust Remembrance Center in Jerusalem . Lovato was accused of taking a political stance on the conflict between Israel and Palestine. “I’m extremely frustrated,” she wrote on Instagram. “I accepted a free trip to Israel in exchange for a few [social media] posts. No one told me there would be anything wrong with going or that I could possibly be offending anyone.”
Miley Cyrus was spotted sharing a kiss with longtime friend Cody Simpson. A source told the outlet that the two were spotted at a Los Angeles grocery store grabbing a drink and some sushi.
