Jared Leto just emerged from a silent retreat cut off from the rest of the world so he is just learning about the coronavirus pandemic. “Wow. 12 days ago I began a silent mediation in the desert. We were totally isolated. No Phone, no communication etc. We had no idea what was happening outside the facility,” the Oscar winner wrote on Instagram. “Walked out yesterday into a very different world. One that’s been changed forever. Mind blowing – to say the least.”
Kristofer Hivju revealed he has tested positive for the coronavirus. “Sorry to say that I, today, have tested positive for COVID19, Corona virus,” Hivju said. “My (family) and I are self-isolating at home for as long as it takes. We are in good health – I only have mild symptoms of a cold,” the Game of Thrones star wrote on social media. “Together we can fight this virus and avert a crisis at our hospitals. Please take care of each other, keep your distance, and stay healthy!”
Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are doing their part to help people in need during the coronavirus shutdown. “Covid-19 has brutally impacted older adults and low income families,” the Deadpool star wrote on Twitter. “Blake & I are donating $1 million to be split between Feeding America and Food Banks Canada. If you can, give, these orgs need our help.”
