David Klein, the guy who invented Jelly Belly jelly beans in the 1970s, has just entered the ever-expanding CBD market with a new company called Spectrum Confections. Spectrum specializes in bulk sales of CBD-infused jelly beans, and according to their Facebook page, their first vendors are beginning to sell the candies online. Each jelly bean has 10mg of cannabidiol, and the regular and sour varieties come in 38 flavors.
