They unanimously decided that the song improperly copied the 2009 Christian rap song Joyful Noise. The case now enters the penalty phase and will focus on the $31 million that attorney’s for Capitol Records say the label earned from the song . An agreement entered in court Tuesday states that Perry earned $3.2 million from “Dark Horse,” while incurring $800,000 in costs.

According to TMZ the couple was spotted at the Beverly Hills courthouse on Monday at the marriage license bureau window, and filed the paperwork to get married.
