The Manhattan district attorney is expected to seek an indictment for Harvey Weinstein next week. The NYPD has b een investigating the rape allegations made by Paz de la Huerta. The Boardwalk Empire actress alleges that Weinstein raped her twice in 2010. Investigators previously interviewed the actress and according to the report the NYPD corroborated parts of her account after finding her story believable.
