James Franco has reached a settlement in the 2019 lawsuit against him that alleged he intimidated his students into sexual situations at the acting school he founded. The two sides filed a joint status report in Los Angeles Superior Court telling the judge that a settlement had been reached in the class-action lawsuit brought by his former students at the now closed school.
