The reality star decided last summer to to begin a four-year apprenticeship with a law firm in San Francisco, with the goal of taking the bar in 2022. She was inspired by her work to free Alice Marie Johnson from jail who was serving a life sentence for a non violent drug offense.

Sara Gilbert is leaving The Talk. Gilbert created and executive produces the daytime talk show on CBS. She made the announcement on the show Tuesday. “This is hard to do and something…Something that I have been struggling with for a while…but I’ve decided it’s time for me to leave the show at the end of the season,” Gilbert said. She will keep busy with her producing and acting duties on The Conners.
