The street outside Staples Center will be renamed Kobe Bryant Boulevard. Figueroa Street will be renamed between Olympic Boulevard and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, according to Los Angeles City Council member Herb J. Wesson Jr. “Kobe’s legacy is bigger than basketball. #KobeBryantBlvd will be a reminder to everyone, young and old who drive down it, there is no obstacle too big and that with the #Mambamentality, anything is possible,” Wesson tweeted.
Lea Michele and her husband Zandy Reich have welcomed their first child together. A source told E! News that the couple welcomed a baby boy on August 20th. The insider also revealed that the newborn’s name is Ever and that both baby and mom are doing very well.
Larry King is mourning the loss of two of his children. “It is with sadness and a father’s broken heart that I confirm the recent loss of two of my children, Andy King, and Chaia King,” King wrote on Facebook. “Both of them were good and kind souls and they will be greatly missed.” His son Andy passed away on July 28th from a heart attack and his only daughter Chaia passed away on August 20th after a short battle with lung cancer.
