During Tuesday’s episode of The Real, Mel B shared that she was on the invite list for the big event. “I’m going,” she said, after Loni Love asked if she knew anyone going. “I don’t know if I should have said anything,” she said, before adding that all five Spice Girls were invited. Love then asked if the British girl group would be performing at the reception. Mel B responded by looking down at the table before the audience erupted into applause. She then laughed and threw her talking cards in the air adding: “I need to go, I’m going to be fired.”

The couple were married for almost 13 years. “They still deeply love and respect each other and remain very close friends but have mutually decided to separate after being together for 20 years. They have a son together who they will continue to co-parent,” her rep said in a statement. The pair married in 2005 and have a six-year-old son, Bear Blue.
