According to Variety Melissa McCarthy is in early talks to play Ursula in Disney’s live action version of The Little Mermaid. The live-action film is still in pre-production, but Disney has director Rob Marshall on board, as well as Lin Manuel Miranda lined up for some new songs. The beloved 1989 animated classic won two Academy Award for Best Original Score and Best Original Song. 

David Foster and Katharine McPhee are married. The couple tied the knot Friday in London with family and friends in attendance including David’s daughters. Shortly before the ceremony, McPhee wrote on Instagram, “Exactly 13 years ago today my very first single, Somewhere Over The Rainbow, was released right after Idol. Today… I’m marrying the man who produced it. Life is full of beautiful coincidences, isn’t it? Thank you for taking me over the rainbow, David.”

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne did not approve of President Trump’s use of “Crazy Train” in a Twitter video he posted Thursday which mocked the 2020 Democratic primary candidate’s debate. In a statement to Rolling Stone, the Osbournes said, “Based on this morning’s unauthorized use of Ozzy Osbourne’s ‘Crazy Train,’ we are sending notice to the Trump campaign (or any other campaigns) that they are forbidden from using any of Ozzy Osbourne’s music in political ads or in any political campaigns. Ozzy’s music cannot be used for any means without approvals.”
