Is it just us, or are all the holidays really just about the holiday refreshments?
Here we have this year’s first Valentine’s Day drink recommendation, courtesy of Baileys. This week we were introduced to a pretty, bright pink bottle of limited release Baileys Strawberries & Cream liqueur, and of course we swooned.
Baileys has recipe info on their website, for pretty pink milkshakes and desserts like shortcake and mousse. But frankly, the easiest recipe they posted is the most genius in its simplicity. Here in all its glory is the recipe for Baileys Berry Delicious Ice Cream:
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Baileys Strawberries & Cream
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Fresh cut strawberries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Add two scoops of vanilla bean ice cream to a bowl
2. Pour 2 oz. of Baileys Strawberries & Cream over ice cream
3. Garnish with extra strawberry slices
This, we can handle.
