Sarah Jessica Parker is mourning the loss of her Sex and the City co-star Willie Garson. The two played best friends on the HBO series. Garson passed away on Tuesday after a battle with cancer. Parker has not posted a tribute to the actor on social media like many of her co-stars have. Chris Noth posted a photo of Parker and Garson together captioned, “Willie with heart emojis.” Parker commented on the post with, “Thank you dearest Chris. I’m not ready yet.”
NBC announced the first four guest hosts for Saturday Night Live’s next season. The first host will be Owen Wilson. Kim Kardashian will host the show for the first time on October 9th. Rami Malek will also make his hosting debut in October. Former SNL cast member Jason Sudeikis will return to show for the first time as a host to round out October.
Debra Messing has some thoughts on Saturday Night Live’s choice of hosts. “Why Kim Kardashian? I mean, I know she is a cultural icon, but SNL has hosts, generally, who are performers who are there to promote a film, TV show, or album launch,” Messing wrote. “Am I missing something?” Fans were quick to respond on both sides some supporting Kardashian and others agreed with Messing.
