Selma Blair announced that she has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Blair revealed that she was diagnosed in August. ”I am disabled. I fall sometimes. I drop things,” she posted. ” My memory is foggy. And my left side is asking for directions from a broken gps. But we are doing it. And I laugh and I don’t know exactly what I will do precisely but I will do my best,” she posted on Instagram. She said she hopes “to give some hope to others. And even to myself,” and encourage people to ask for help when they need it.

Mena Suvari married her boyfriend of two years, Michael Hope . Suvari confirmed to Us Weekly that she secretly tied the knot. “It was very  intimate. It was very beautiful. I had my closest friends with me. It was very meaningful. After all these years, sort of having ups and downs, it’s very nice just being settled, especially at this point in my life, she told the outlet. “I’m really happy. We’re happy. Third time’s a charm!,” she added. 

Jamie Lee Curtis reprised her role as Laurie Strode in Halloween a reboot of the  original 1978 film which hit the box office this weekend and broke records. The film had a big opening weekend bringing in $77.5 million for the best Halloween horror opening ever. It marked the second highest October opening ever behind Venom’s $80.3 million earlier this month. It is also the biggest movie opening ever with a female lead over 55.
