Susan Sarandon was arrested while protesting the President’s immigration policy in Washington D.C. on Thursday. Hundreds of woman were protesting Trump’s zero-tolerance policy and demanding that migrant families be reunited. The protest ended with a sit in at the Hart Senate Office building with 575 protestors being arrested. Sarandon documented the protest and her arrest on social media. “Arrested. Stay Strong. Keep Fighting. #WomenDisobey,” she wrote on social media.
