Val Kilmer defended his bizarre series of tweets praising Cate Blanchet. Kilmer was asked by a fan at the screening of his one man play Citizen Twain, who his favorite co-star was. Kilmer replied, “I can’t say Cate Blanchett! I wrote nice things about Cate Blanchett on Twitter and now I’m a pervert.” He also told the crowd. “I don’t know why loving an actor that’s so talented is creepy, but I guess I’m creepy.”
Katie Holmes revealed that her daughter Suri was affected by Hillary Clinton’s loss. “I thought Hillary was going to win this year, and it just hurt so badly when she didn’t,” Holmes said during an interview with Jenna Bush Hager on her SiriusXM radio special. “And I know that it hurt my child so much as a 10-year-old and it really made me think, ‘Oh, we have a lot.. a long way to go as women.”
Dancing With The Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy underwent sugery following a calf injury. Chmerkovskiy sustained the injury in rehearsal and had to sit out for week 2 of the show. It is not clear when he will be able to return this season and re join his partner Heather Morris.
