California is asking tourists to return to Wine Country in an effort to help the region recover from the recent wildfires.
“We can all help: Now is the time to visit Wine Country. If you’re already planning a trip, don’t cancel — Wine Country residents need your business now more than ever,” said Caroline Beteta, President & CEO of Visit California.
We think that sounds like a great idea, especially given the beautiful Fall colors and the beginning of Cabernet Season in November. Many wineries are even donating their tasting fees to the community recovery efforts, so you can feel especially good about your trip and purchases. Sounds pretty good to us.
