WILL SMITH BANNED for 10 YEARS

Will Smith will be banned from attending the Oscars for ten years. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced Friday that Smith will be barred from attending “any Academy events or programs, in person or virtually, including but not limited to the Academy Awards.” According to the Hollywood Reporter Smith will be able to keep the Oscar he was awarded for King Richard, and will remain “eligible for future nominations and wins.”

According to Deadline after eight seasons The Real has been cancelled. It premiered in 2013, and its panel of co-hosts included Tamera Mowry, Jeannie Mai, Tamar Braxton, Adrienne Bailon and Loni Love. Since then, Braxton and Mowry have left the show. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Garcelle Beauvais is  currently a co-host.

Broadway show Plaza Suite was forced to cancel performances on Thursday after Sarah Jessica Parker tested positive for COVID . Her husband and co-star had tested positive on Tuesday but the show went on with Broderick’s standby since Parker had tested negative. With both stars out the show posted on social media that news about future performances would be announced as soon as possible.
