Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were tattooed together in Thailand just months before their split. The couple were tattooed in February 2016 by a former monk. According to the tattoo artist’s website, Jolie got new ink on her back and Pitt got a Buddhist symbol on his stomach and the same ink was used for both of their tattoos, so that they were “symbolically bound as husband and wife.” Jolie filed for divorce in September.
Ewan McGregor who plays Lumiere in the live action version of Beauty and the Beast has never seen Disney’s animated film. McGregor revealed the shocking news during an interview with Stephen Colbert on The Late Show. He explained, “It’s not because I didn’t want to. It’s just…I don’t know. It wasn’t one that they watched I guess,” referring to his four daughters.
Anne Hathaway opened up in Elle about gender inequality in Hollywood. “Hollywood is not a place of equality. I don’t say that with anger or judgement; it’s a statistical fact,” she told Elle. Hathaway is currently working on the all female reboot of Ocean’s 8. “There are certain things you understand about one another because of experiences you have in common… it’s probably easy for men to take that for granted. Just being on a set where I’m the one who possesses that ease is really something. It’s a nice alternative narrative. “
