Paul Reubens best known as his character Pee Wee Herman passed away at the age of 70 on Sunday. “Last night we said farewell to Paul Reubens, an iconic American actor, comedian, writer and producer whose beloved character Pee-wee Herman delighted generations of children and adults with his positivity, whimsy and belief in the importance of kindness,” a rep for the comedian said in a statement.
Suzanne Sommers revealed that her breast cancer has returned. “I have been living with cancer since my 20s. And every time that little f—ker pops up, I continue to bat it back,” she said on Monday in a statement to Entertainment Tonight. . “It’s a recurrence of my breast cancer. Like any cancer patient, when you get that dreaded, ‘It’s back’ you get a pit in your stomach,” the Three’s Company star said. “Then I put on my battle gear and go to war. This is familiar battleground for me and I’m very tough.”
Viola Davis paused work on her upcoming movie G20 due to the SAG and WGA strikes. Davis had granted permission by the guild to continue work on the project according to a statement given to the Los Angeles Times. The film is among dozens independent project that had been granted a waiver by SAG/Aftra.
