Wes Anderson’s first museum exhibit

Director Wes Anderson and his partner Juman Malouf will curate their first museum exhibition titled “The Spitzmaus Mummy in a Coffin and Other Treasures from the Kunsthistorisches Museum.” As the website for the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna notes, “The invitation was a simple but daunting one: to comb through more than four million objects, both on public display and tucked away in the museum’s labyrinthine storage rooms, and to select their favourites.” Given Wes Anderson’s eye for style and symmetry in movies from “The Royal Tenenbaums” (2001) to “Isle of Dogs” (2018), we expect that this exhibit should be both beautiful and unique. Check it out starting November 6.
