GLEE STAR NAYA RIVERA presumed DROWNED

Glee star Naya Rivera is missing after boating with her 4-year-old son. The actress rented a boat at Lake Piru on Wednesday. Three hours later another boater spotted the young child sleeping on the boat by himself. Officials were notified immediately and began searching for Naya. Her son is said to be unharmed and told investigators that he and his mother were swimming, but his mother never got back into the boat. The search resumed on Thursday.

Country group Lady A , which recently dropped the word Antebellum fro its name, has filed a lawsuit against a singer who has performed as Lady A for years. The group filed the lawsuit on Wednesday after negotiations over the name with Anita White broke down. According to the lawsuit, the band is seeking a ruling that their use of the trademark “Lady A” does not infringe on White’s alleged trademark rights of the same name. The band is not seeking monetary damages.

In a new interview with Bustle Demi Lovato opened up about her decision to leave the Disney channel after her first stint in rehab. “I came out of the experience with the choice of talking about my struggles or my journey with the possibility of helping people, or keeping my mouth shut and going back to Disney Channel. And I was like that doesn’t feel authentic to me,” Lovato said. “So I chose to tell my story.”
