Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are still battling it out two years after Jolie filed for divorce. The Maleficent star is now accusing Pitt of not paying enough child support. NBC News obtained the two page brief filed in court. In the filing Jolie’s attorney wrote, “[Pitt] has a duty to pay child support. As of present, [Pitt] has paid no meaningful child support since separation.” The documents also said that Jolie would be seeking a court order for the “establishment of a retroactive child support order.” According to the news outlet, Jolie’s lawyers have requested to appear before a judge to schedule a status conference to address the financial issue.
Rosie O’Donnell joined with more than 50 Broadway stars to protest outside of the White House on Monday night. O’Donnell spoke to the crowd urging them to, “Let your voice be heard. Let the president know in no uncertain terms that we are alive, awake and we are woke. We are not going away.” The protestors sang songs including , “America the Beautiful,” The Wiz’s “Everybody Rejoice,” and The Sound of Music‘s “Climb Every Mountain.”
Howard Stern said CBS CEO Leslie Moonves, “tried to ruin my life.” The SiriusXM radio host went on a 45-minute rant about Moonves on his radio show on Monday. Stern explained his history with the CEO. CBS filed a $500 million dollar lawsuit against him when he left them for Sirius. “I knew this was just some sort of bad, like, ‘We’re going to fuck with you because you’re leaving us.’ It’s like a stalker who says, ‘You know what? You left me, we broke up, but I’m going to fuck your life up.’ And I didn’t do jack shit to Les Moonves, except make him money, and I was pissed and upset and scared.” The suit settled in 2006 with Sirius paying $2million and Stern getting control of his masters from CBS.
