BRUCE WILLIS is STEPPING AWAY from ACTING

Bruce Willis is stepping away from acting. His family announced that the Die Hard star is retiring after being diagnosed with aphasia, a brain disorder that affects a person’s ability to communicate. “To Bruce’s amazing supporters, as a family we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities,” his family wrote in a statement. “As a result of this and with much consideration Bruce is stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him.” 

Tom Parker has died at the age of 33. The Wanted singer passed away on Wednesday after battling brain cancer. Parker was diagnosed in October 2020 with an inoperable and terminal tumor. “It is with the heaviest of hearts that we confirm Tom passed away peacefully earlier today with all of his family by his side,” his wife wrote in a statement. Parker’s bandmates also released a statement. “Tom was an amazing husband to Kelsey, and father to Aurelia and Bodhi. He was our brother, words can’t express the loss and sadness we feel. Always and forever in our hearts.”

 

JADA PINKETT SMITH breaks her SILENCE after OSCAR’S SLAP

Jada Pinkett Smith posted a message about healing on Tuesday speaking out for the first time since her husband slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars. “This is a season for healing and I’m here for it,” she posted on Instagram. Will issued an apology on Monday. “Violence in all of its forms is poisonous and destructive. My behavior at last night’s Academy Awards was unacceptable and inexcusable. Jokes at my expense are a part of the job, but a joke about Jada’s medical condition was too much for me to bear and I reacted emotionally.”

Alec and Hilaria Baldwin are expecting their 7th baby together. “After many ups and downs over the past few years, we have an exciting up and a huge surprise: another Baldwinito is coming this fall,” Hilaria announced on social media. “We were pretty sure our family was complete, and we’re beyond happy with this surprise.”

WILL SMITH SMACKED CHRIS ROCK at the OSCARS

Will Smith slapped Chris Rock on stage at the 2022 Academy Awards. Rock made a joke aimed at Jada Pinkett Smith because of her shaved head when he took the stage to present the Oscar for best documentary. “Jada, I love you, G.I. Jane 2, can’t wait to see it,” Rock joked. Smith then stormed on stage and accosted the comedian. Rock was visually shocked and then said, “Wow, Will Smith just smacked the s–t out of me” before saying it was “just a ‘G.I. Jane’ joke,” but Smith was not having it and screamed, “Keep my wife’s name out of your f–king mouth.” Pinkett Smith suffers from alopecia and has been vocal about her struggle with hair loss. Shortly after the altercation Smith was announced as the Best Actor winner for his performance in King Richard. 

Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins has died at the age of 50. The shocking news was announced by the band. “The family is devastated by the tragic and untimely loss of our Taylor Hawkins,” read the band’s statement. “His musical spirit and infectious laughter will live on with all of us forever. ” Hawkins last show was on March 20th at Lollapalooza Argentina. RIP

TAYLOR HAWKINS LAST SONG with the FOO FIGHTERS

This is  EVERLONG from the Foo Fighters March 20th show in Argentina, which wound up being the last song Hawkins played with them. “I don’t say goodbye,” Dave Grohl told the crowd before kicking it off. “I don’t like to say goodbye. I know that we’ll always come back. If you come back, we’ll come back. Will you come back? If you come back, we’ll come back, so then I won’t have to say goodbye.”At the end of the song, Hawkins tossed his drum sticks to the audience, threw his arm over Grohl’s shoulder, and took a bow with the rest of the band. He’s beaming with joy. It’s devastating to watch knowing would come just five days later.

FOO FIGHTERS drummer TAYLOR HAWKINS DEAD at 50

Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins has died at the age of 50. The shocking news was announced by the band. No cause of death was given. “The family is devastated by the tragic and untimely loss of our Taylor Hawkins,” read the band’s statement. “His musical spirit and infectious laughter will live on with all of us forever. Our hearts go out to his wife, children and family, and we ask that their privacy be treated with the utmost respect in this unimaginably difficult time.” The Foo Fighters are currently on tour in South America. Hawkins last show was on March 20th at Lollapalooza Argentina. RIP

 

NICOLAS CAGE reveals BABY NAMES

Nicolas Cage revealed to GQ the names that he and his wife Riko Shibata have picked out for their first baby together. The couple decided on Akira Francesco for a boy and Lennon Augie for a girl. “Augie was my father’s nickname. And my uncle [Francis Ford Coppola] has decided to change his name to Francesco,” The National Treasure star said. This is Cage’s third child he is already a dad to two sons from previous relationships. 

Amanda Bynes is free from her conservatorship which was established in 2013. A court ruled on Tuesday that the conservatorship would be terminated. Her parents who were in charge of Amanda both agreed with the court’s decision. “I would like to thank my fans for their love and well wishes during this time. “I would also like to thank my lawyer and my parents for their support over the last nine years,” Amanda said in a statement to People. “In the last several years, I have been working hard to improve my health so that I can live and work independently, and I will continue to prioritize my well-being in this next chapter.” 

Jack Osbourne is going to be a dad again. Osbourne and his fiancee Aree Gearhart are expecting their first child together. This will be Osbourne’s fourth child. He is already a dad to his three children Pearl, Andy and Minnie with his ex-wife Lisa. 

ELON MUSK AND JAMES FRANCO will TESTIFY for AMBER HEARD

Amber Heard will have some famous friends testify in her upcoming defamation trial with her ex-husband Johnny Depp. The Pirates of the Caribbean star is suing Heard for $50 million. After several delays the trial is set to kick off on April 11th in Virginia. According to Deadline Elon Musk, Ellen Barkin and James Franco will testify for Heard virtually as witnesses at the trial. 

Kylie Jenner announced that her baby boy’s name is no longer Wolf. “We just really didn’t feel like it was him. Just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere,” Jenner wrote on Instagram Monday.

Beyoncé is reportedly in talks to open the Academy Awards on Sunday night with an iconic performance of her nominated song Be Alive from the film King Richard. According to Variety Beyoncé’s team is in negotiations  to stage her performance via satellite from the tennis courts in Compton where Venus and Serena Williams practiced in their youth. One option has Will Smith appearing with her on the courts. He would then travel to the Dolby Theater to take his seat in time for the announcement of the best actor category in which he is nominated for his performance as Venus and Serena’s father.  

 

ADRIEN BRODY said JACK NICHOLSON wanted him to BOYCOTT THE OSCARS

In an interview with The Sunday Times Adrien Brody revealed that Jack Nicholson tried to convince him to boycott the Oscars in 2003. Nicholson wanted his fellow Best Actor nominees including Brody, Daniel Day-Lewis Michael Caine and Nicolas Cage to boycott the ceremony in response to the Iraq war that had broken out just days before the awards. “I said, ‘I don’t know about you guys, but I’m going,’ ” Brody told the Times. “I said, ‘I kind of have to show up. My parents are coming. This doesn’t come around too often. I know you guys are all winners. You can sit it out. But I can’t.’ ” All five men attended the awards where Brody was the big winner.

Christina Ricci is returning to the Addams Family. According to Deadline Ricci has joined the upcoming Tim Burton series Wednesday for Netflix. The outlet is reporting that she will “play a major role in the series.”  Jenna Ortega will play the title role of Wednesday Addams  which Ricci took on in the film The Addams Family in the 90’s.  

Machine Gun Kelly announced a massive world tour to support his upcoming album Mainstream Sellout. The rapper will hit the road in North America in June followed by a UK and European tour. 

NORMAN REEDUS injured on the set of THE WALKING DEAD

Norman Reedus was injured on the set of The Walking Dead. “Norman suffered a concussion on set,” his spokesperson Jeffrey Chassen told Deadline. “He is recovering well and will return to work soon. Thank you to everyone for their concern.” Reedus is currently filming the series 11th and final season in Georgia. According to an AMC spokesperson, Reedus’ concussion will delay the show’s wrap by a few days. It is unclear exactly how the injury occurred.

Wendy Williams opened up about her recent health struggles in an interview with Good Morning America. Williams insisted she is doing well health-wise, saying, “You know, I’m 57 now and I have the mind and body of a 25-year-old.” She also addressed her financial struggles with Wells Fargo who claimed she needed a guardianship. “Well, you know, when people want control of their accounts, they say anything, including something crazy like that about me.” Williams also insisted the she is ready to get back to work soon despite her long time talk show recently being canceled. 

RIHANNA is going to be a PSYCHO MOM

Rihanna opened up to Elle about what type of mom she is going to be. The singer revealed what Real Housewives cast member she  thinks her parenting style will be like.  According to Rihanna, she can see herself being like Teresa Giudice from New Jersey, as she noted: “Teresa from Jersey does not play about her kids.” Rihanna continued. “And that resonates with me a lot because I feel like that’s the type of mom I’m going to be. Psycho about it.”

Ellen DeGeneres announced the end date for her talkshow after 19 seasons . The final episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show will air on May 26th. Special guests will include Michelle Obama, Jennifer Garner, Zac Efron, Adam Levine, Behati Prinsloo, Gwen Stefani and David Letterman. 

Anne Hathaway told Extra that it was a “joy” to work with Jared Leto on WeCrashed. The two played Adam and Rebekah Neumann the married co-founders of WeWork in the film. “It was so much fun and I didn’t know what to expect. I had met Jared, but never worked with him. I’m a huge fan of his work.” She added, “It was just a really positive, fun experience.”
