NICOLE KIDMAN opens up about PREPARING TO PLAY LUCILLE BALL

Nicole Kidman opened up about how she prepared to take on the role of Lucille Ball during a Q&A following a screening of the upcoming biopic Being the Ricardos. Kidman revealed that she spent hours studying the iconic comedian’s movements on screen. “I studied them and learned them. It went into my body and my memory,” she explained.”It was my obsession to get it absolutely accurate,” she added.

Chris Daughtry opened up about the recent death of his 25-year-old daughter Hannah. “I am still processing the last 24 hours. I am absolutely devastated and heartbroken,” he captioned a photo of her on Instagram. On Friday Hannah was found dead in her Nashville home. The American Idol alum has postponed several upcoming shows while he takes time to be with his family. 

Lisa Vanderpump is officially a grandmother. Her daughter Pandora welcomed a baby boy. “Obsessively in love with baby Theodore,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star captioned a photo of herself holding the newborn. “Thank you Pandy and Jason for making me a Nanny Pinky!!”

The stars of the highly anticipated Cowboy Bebop hit the red carpet at the Vulture film festival in Los Angeles. John Cho, Daniella Pineda and Mustafa Shakir were all hand to celebrate the upcoming Netflix series based on the beloved anime series from the 90’s by Hajime Yatate. Cho plays plays Spike Spiegel, a bounty hunter who was born on Mars and is considered dead by the group of mercenaries with whom he used to run. Mustafa takes on the role of Jet Black captain of the spaceship Bebop. Pineda is Faye Valentine, a bounty hunter who was in suspended animation for decades and longs to know the truth about her past.

Paris Hilton is officially married! Paris and Carter Reum tied the knot at the Beverly Hills estate of her great-grandfather, Conrad Hilton Thursday night. The star studded guest list included, Kim Kardashian, Emma Roberts, Paula Abdul, Nicole Richie and Kyle Richards. “Yesterday was the big day: My Wedding. I finally got to kiss my Prince and begin the happily ever after I’ve been dreaming of since I was a little girl,” Paris wrote on her website Friday.

Lisa Rinna revealed that her 93-year-old mother, Lois had a stroke. “I know how much you appreciate and LOVE Lois so I need to tell you that she has had a stroke, I am with her now,” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star captioned an old video of Lois dancing. “So let’s celebrate her and send her so much love while she transitions.” 

Zendaya was honored with the Fashion Icon award at the CFDA Awards in New York. The Fashion Icon is awarded to individuals who take risks  and experiment with different aesthetics on the red carpet, according to Vogue. Past winners  include Naomi Campbell, Beyoncé, and Lady Gaga. 

SYLVESTER STALLONE says he ALMOST DIED during ROCKY IV

Sylvester Stallone recalled almost dying while filming Rocky IV in  his recent YouTube video, The Making of Rocky vs. Drago by Sylvester Stallone. “Well, he pulverized me. And I didn’t feel it in the moment, but later that night my heart started to swell. My blood pressure went up to 260 and I was going to be talking to angels, next thing I know I’m on this emergency, low-altitude flight,” Stallone said. He went on to explain that he stayed in ICU for four days before returning to film the rest of the fight scene.

According to Variety Alanis Morissette’s life is going to be the foundation for  ABC. The network inked a script deal for Relatable, inspired by her family life. The show follows a 40-something woman, married with three kids, who spent her young adult life as an international rock star. ABC noted that while the Jagged Little Pill singer’s life serves as inspiration all the characters are fictional.

Paul Rudd had been crowned People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2021. “I’m going to lean into it hard. I’m going to own this. I’m not going to try to be like ‘Oh, I’m so modest.’ I’m getting business cards made. But all of my friends will destroy me and I expect them to. And that’s why they’re my friends,” Rudd joked upon learning of his win.

In a teaser-trailer released Friday HBO Max announced that the new spinoff series “And Just Like That…” will debut on December 9. Described by HBO Max as a “new chapter” of the original hit show, “And Just Like That…” will follow fashionistas Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda — played by Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon, respectively — as they navigate life in their 50s.

Lady Gaga revealed something special about the Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown she wore to perform at President Joe Biden’s Inauguration. “This is one of my favorite things I’ve ever worn. I wore this Schiaparelli design for the Inauguration and nobody knows this, but this is a bulletproof dress,” she told British Vogue.

Lance Bass was shocked to learn that he is related to Britney Spears. The *NSYNC singer and his husband Michael Turchin appeared on a episode of Ancestry’s 2 Lies & A Leaf series. At one point in the show he was asked to guess which music star he was related to Faith Hill, Britney or Elvis Presley. “I really hope it’s Britney, but there’s no way,” Bass said as Turchin chose Spears. Ancestry confirmed that Bass and Spears are sixth cousins, once removed. “I wanted to find out I was related to the Queen, turns out I’m related to the Queen of Pop — and that’s even better,” Bass said.

Wendy Williams gave her fans an update on her ongoing health issues. “HOW YOU DOIN’? I MISS YOU ALL! As everyone knows, my health has been a hot topic,” Williams said in a statement. “I’m making progress, but it’s just one of those things that’s taking longer than we expected.” She continued, “I’m a woman of a certain age, and I know enough to listen to my doctors and will return to my purple chair as soon as we all agree I’m ready.”

DRAKE BREAKS SILENCE about ASTROWORLD TRAGEDY

Drake who appeared as a special guest during Travis Scott’s performance at Astroworld broke his silence on the “devastating tragedy”. “I hate resorting to this platform to express an emotion as delicate as grief but this is where I find myself,” he wrote on Instagram. “My heart is broken for the families and friends of those who lost their lives and for anyone who is suffering.”

Leonardo DiCaprio is reportedly in final talks to play cult leader Jim Jones. According to Variety DiCaprio will also serve as a producer in the upcoming MGM film. Jones was the leader of the Peoples Temple and orchestrated a mass murder-suicide of his followers in 1978 killing over 900 members. 

Howard Stern did not hold back when discussing the news that Aaron Rodgers was unvaccinated after previously saying that he was immunized. The radio legend went off on the Green Bay Packers quarterback for misleading everyone about his vaccination status. Rodgers recently tested positive for the virus.  Stern suggested that  Rodgers should be thrown out of the NFL . “I would throw this guy out of the football league so fast. What he did to his fellow teammates…”

VIN DIESEL wants DWAYNE JOHNSON back for FURIOUS 10

I say this out of love … but you must show up, do not leave the franchise idle you have a very important role to play, Diesel continued. “Hobbs can’t be played by no other.”

Sarah Jessica Parker revealed in a new interview with Vogue that she has kept every outfit she wore on all six seasons of Sex and the City and the two movies. “I had all of the original stuff in my own storage. Furniture, clothes, everything, packed according to season and episode and scene. I kept every single solitary thing,” Parker said.

Alec Baldwin called for police to monitor gun safety on sets. “Every film/TV set that uses guns, fake or otherwise, should have a police officer on set, hired by the production, to specifically monitor weapons safety,” Baldwin tweeted. The comments come after Baldwin accidentally shot and killed Halyna Hutchins on the set of Rust. 

TRAVIS SCOTT to cover funeral costs for VICTIMS OF ASTROWORLD TRAGEDY

Eight people died Friday night during Travis Scott’s Astroworld music festival in Texas. The tragedy is currently under investigation and multiple lawsuits have been filed.  Scott took the stage shortly after 9pm to perform for  50,000 attendees. Over 100 people were injured in the chaos when the crowd surged towards the stage. 

The rapper issued a statement shortly after the tragic events, “You know my fans, my fans really mean the world to me and I’ll always just really want to leave them with a positive experience,” he said. “Any time I can make out anything that’s going on, I stop the show and help them get the help they need. I could just never imagine the severity of the situation.” He added, “I mean, I’m honestly just devastated and I could never imagine anything like this just happening. I’m gonna do everything I can to keep you guys updated and keep you guys informed on what’s going on.”

Scott has pledged to cover the funeral costs for all the victims. He is also partnering with online mental health services provider BetterHelp and Houston’s Cactus Jack Foundation to offer a month of free therapy to survivors and others affected by the tragedy. He will also refund all Astroworld ticket fees. 

TOM HANKS revealed that he TURNED DOWN an INVITE from JEFF BEZOS to go to SPACE

Tom Hanks revealed that he turned down an invitation from Jeff Bezos to join a Blue Origin flight to space during his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. “Well, yeah, provided I pay,” Hanks responded when Kimmel asked him about the invite. “You know, it costs like 28 million bucks or something like that. I’m doing good, Jimmy, I’m doing good. But I ain’t paying 28 million.” He joked that maybe if the flight were free he’d do it “just in order to experience the joy of pretending I’m a billionaire.”

One day after Jay-Z joined Instagram he deleted his profile. The hip-hop mogul already had over 2 million followers and held the honor of being the only person that his wife Beyoncé followed on Instagram. She was the only person that he followed on the platform. 

Ryan Reynolds opened up about his plans for his “sabbatical from movie making” that he announced in October. “I’m just trying to create a little bit more space for my family and time with them,” Reynolds told The Hollywood Reporter. “You know, you don’t really get that time back.” The Deadpool star said he would “probably be away from film, or at least shooting films, till the end of the summer. It just provides me an opportunity to be home.”
