DRAKE is suffering HAIR LOSS due to COVID

Drake revealed that he had Covid-19 last year and suffered a fairly common side effect. He shared the news on Instagram after a fan made fun of his hairline. “I had COVID that s— grew in weird I had to start again,” the rapper responded. “It’s coming back don’t diss.” Temporary hair loss is a confirmed side effect of the virus. 

Carrie Underwood is facing backlash online after liking a video of conservative commentator Matt Walsh denouncing school mask mandates on Twitter. The tweet was actually posted last week but the fact that Underwood liked it began circulating on Twitter. Fans described her actions as “embarrassing and dangerous.” Underwood has not commented on the uproar.

Noah Cyrus is joining American Horror Stories. She will be joining the two-part finale. “AHS has been my favorite show since i was 12 years old.. i was on tour with my sister and we’d lay in the back of the bus watching Asylum and it pulled me in immediately,” Cyrus posted on Instagram. “When I got the call that I got this part all I could do was fall into a puddle of tears,” she wrote.

LAURA PREPON say she is NO LONGER a SCIENTOLOGIST

Laura Prepon revealed to People that she is no longer a Scientologist. “I’m no longer practicing Scientology,” says Prepon. “I’ve always been very open-minded, even since I was a child. I was raised Catholic and Jewish. I’ve prayed in churches, meditated in temples. I’ve studied Chinese meridian theory. I haven’t practiced Scientology in close to five years and it’s no longer part of my life.”

Travis Barker was spotted boarding a plane with his girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian. The couple were headed to Cabo. This was a big milestone for Barker. The drummer swore off flying after he and DJ AM survived a plane crash in 2008. Barker suffered burns on 65% of his body and remained in the hospital for over three months. He had been working on trying to fly again . 

Drew Barrymore is the latest celebrity to reveal her children’s bath schedule. She told Entertainment Tonight that her two daughters usually bathe every weekday but they can skip showers on weekends if they so choose. “On the weekends, it’s like, ‘You’re in the salty ocean. Who cares? You’re fine.’ I guess I’m a five-day-a-weeker with a possible sixth day. Five to six days a week,” the E.T. star said.

JOHNNY DEPP spoke out about “HOLLYWOOD BOYCOTT”

Johnny Depp spoke out about a “Hollywood boycott,” of him in an interview with The Sun. “One man, one actor in an unpleasant and messy situation, over the last number of years?” he said “But, you know, I’m moving towards where I need to go to make all that . . .To bring things to light.” Depp was forced to exit Warner Bros.’ Fantastic Beasts franchise last year after he lost his libel case against the tabloid.

Kaley Cuoco offered to buy the Olympic horse Saint Boy who was hit by a German pentathlon coach after it refused to jump during competition. “I feel it’s my duty and heart to comment on this disgrace,” The Big Bang Theory star wrote on Instagram. “This is not Olympic showjumping. This is a disgusting, classless, abusive representation of our sport in so many ways. This team should be ashamed of themselves.” Cuoco added, “”I’ll buy that horse outright and show it the life it should have. Name your price.”

Aerosmith’s Joe Perry told Ultimate Classic Rock that the band once considered replacing Steven Tyler with Sammy Hagar. It happened about a decade ago when Tyler was appearing as a judge on American Idol. The band was concerned that he was distancing himself from them. There was a short list of possibilities that reportedly included Lenny Kravitz, Chris Cornell and Billy Idol as well. Tyler of course was never replaced and the band is still together and touring. 

JAMIE SPEARS to step down AS BRITNEY’S CONSERVATOR

Jamie Spears agreed to step down as his daughter’s conservator according to legal documents filed on Thursday in Los Angeles. This is a huge win for Britney Spears even though her father denies any wrong doing in the documents filed.  “Nevertheless, even as Mr. Spears is the unremitting target of unjustified attacks, he does not believe that a public battle with his daughter over his continuing service as her conservator would be in her best interests,” the filing states. Spears said he would cooperate with the court on a transition, but did not give a timetable for his resignation.

Tony Bennett is retiring from performing live. According to the singer’s son and manager, Danny, last week’s shows with Lady Gaga at Radio City Music Hall in New York will be his last. “There won’t be any additional concerts,” Danny told Variety. “This was a hard decision for us to make, as he is a capable performer. This is however doctors’ orders.” Danny went on to say that “It’s not the singing aspect but, rather, the traveling.” The 95-year-old singer was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2016.

Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty are being sued by the woman he was convicted of trying to rape in 1995. According to TMZ Jennifer Hough claims that Nicki and Kenneth have directly and indirectly harassed and threatened her to not speak about the indecent. Hough says the harassment increased after Petty was arrested in 2020 for failing to register as a sex offender. Minaj reportedly offered her money to recant her story . 

DAVID SCHWIMMER DENIES JENNIFER ANISTON dating rumors

David Schwimmer shot down the rumors that he was dating Jennifer Aniston. Closer magazine claimed the two were spending time together after confessing that they had crushes on each other in the past during the Friends reunion. Aniston has not addressed the rumors but Schwimmer’s reps told The Independent that there are“no truths” to the romance rumors.

Selma Blair showed her support for her former The Sweetest Thing co-star, Christina Applegate after she revealed her MS diagnosis. “Loving you always,” Blair tweeted to Applegate on Wednesday. “Always here. As are our kids. Beating us up with love.” The pair’s children are the same age. Blair revealed in 2018 that she had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. 

Stevie Nicks has canceled her upcoming performances, citing coronavirus concerns. “These are challenging times with challenging decisions that have to be made. I want everyone to be safe and healthy and the rising Covid cases should be of concern to all of us,” the singer said in a statement. “While I’m vaccinated, at my age, I am still being extremely cautious and for that reason have decided to skip the 5 performances I had planned for 2021.”

MAYIM BIALIK will host JEOPARDY!’S PRIMETIME and SPINOFF SERIES

Sony Pictures Television announced that  Mayim Bialik will host Jeopardy!’s primetime and spinoff series. “I couldn’t be more thrilled to join the Jeopardy! family,” The Big Bang Theory star said. “What started out with my 15-year-old repeating a rumor from Instagram that I should guest host the show has turned into one of the most exciting and surreal opportunities of my life! I’m so grateful and excited to continue to work with Mike Richards, and I’m just over the moon to join forces with him and Sony.” Jeopardy! executive producer Mike Richards will take over as the host of the daily syndicated game show. 

Halle Berry looked back on her historic Oscar win for her role in Monster’s Ball in a new interview with Entertainment Weekly. “It was surprising that more movie roles did not come right away.” Berry said. “When you have a historic win like that, you think, ‘Oh, this is going to fundamentally change.’ It did fundamentally change me, but it didn’t change my place in the business overnight. I still had to go back to work. I still had to try to fight to make a way out of no way.” 

Christina Ricci announced on Tuesday that she is pregnant with her second child. The Addams Family star posted a photo of an ultrasound captioned, “Life keeps getting better.” Her boyfriend Mark Hampton also posted the ultrasound image with the same caption. Ricci is already mom to her 7-year-old son Freddie with her ex-husband James Heerdegen. 

JULIE BOWEN and her SISTER help RESCUE WOMAN IN NATIONAL PARK

Julie Bowen and her sister helped rescue a hiker  when she collapsed last week at Arches National Park in Utah. The woman Minnie John wrote about the incident on Facebook. “All I remember is sitting there with my head in my hands secure on the rock,” John wrote. “Next thing I hear someone with a familiar voice kept asking me questions. I wondered if i might be watching tv.” Bowen’s sister who is a doctor bandaged her injuries. John said she recognized Bowen but couldn’t quite place her, and that the actress smiled and told her she starred on “Modern Family.” John is a diabetic and had fainted because her “sugar went low” and she was dehydrated.

Bob Odenkirk updated fans on his condition. The Better Call Saul star collapsed on set last week from a small heart attack. “I am doing great,” he tweeted. “I’ve had my very own ‘It’s a wonderful life’ week of people insisting I make the world slightly better. Wow! Thank you, I love everyone right now but let’s keep expectations reasonable!”

Dwayne Johnson joined the debate about celebrity bathing habits. While stars like Jake Gyllenhaal, Kristen Bell and Mila Kunis have confessed to bathing less often Johnson does not agree with the trend. When a fan asked him on twitter if he was one of those stinky ones he replied, “Nope, I’m the opposite of a ‘not washing themselves’ celeb.” He went on to detail his showering routine. “Shower (cold) when I roll outta bed to get my day rollin’. Shower (warm) after my workout before work. Shower (hot) after I get home from work. Face wash, body wash, exfoliate and I sing (off key) in the shower.”

Miley Cyrus offered to educate DaBaby after he apologized for his recent homophobic remarks. “As a proud and loyal member of the LGBTQIA+ community, much of my life has been dedicated to encouraging love, acceptance, and open mindedness,” she wrote on social media.  “It’s easier to cancel someone than to find forgiveness and compassion in ourselves or take the time to change hearts and minds. Selena Gomez responded to a joke that appeared on the television show The Good Fight.  “I am not sure how writing jokes about organ transplants for television shows has become a thing but sadly it has apparently,” she wrote. “I hope in the next writer’s room when one of these tasteless jokes are presented it’s called out immediately and doesn’t make it on air.” Her fans sent “Respect Selena Gomez” trending on social media last month after the show referenced her kidney transplant.

The company has made Rihanna the wealthiest woman in music and the second-richest woman in entertainment. Oprah Winfrey remains at number one. 

Jennifer Aniston told InStyle that some people who refuse to get the Covid-19 vaccine are no longer in her “weekly routine.” “There’s still a large group of people who are anti-vaxxers or just don’t listen to the facts. It’s a real shame,” she said. “I’ve just lost a few people in my weekly routine who have refused or did not disclose (whether or not they had been vaccinated), and it was unfortunate.” 

ELLEN POMPEO might QUIT ACTING after GREY’S ANATOMY

Ellen Pompeo revealed that she might quit acting once grey’s Anatomy is done. “I’m not saying I’ll never act again, I very well may, but I’m not super excited about continuing my acting career, “ she said on the Ladies First with Laura Brown podcast. “The acting, even though I haven’t done a million different roles, I feel like I’ve done it,” she added. “You know, it’s for the young at heart. Reese Witherspoon sold her Hello Sunshine production company for $900 million. The Wall Street Journal reported that the investment fund Blackstone purchased the company and Witherspoon will continue to oversee its day-to-day operations along with members of the existing senior management team. “ Today, we’re taking a huge step forward by partnering with Blackstone, which will enable us to tell even more entertaining, impactful and illuminating stories about women’s lives globally,” the Legally Blonde star said in a statement.

Soleil Moon Frye revealed on Instagram that 3 out of her four children have tested positive for coronavirus. “I thought my son had a cold or a fever; I did not know that he had COVID-19,” Frye wrote.  “With the encouragement of our doctor I had him tested – he tested positive. I was on my way to a work trip, rushed home and two of my other children tested positive as well.” Frye said she has no idea how her kids contracted COVID-19, given that she and others close to the family have all tested negative for the coronavirus.
