We recently picked up an Amazon Dash Wand, which is basically free for Prime subscribers right now. Once it’s set it up on the wireless network, you can use it to scan barcodes to add items to your Amazon cart. The Dash Wand also uses Alexa to spout off weather forecasts, unit conversions, and details on nearby restaurants, which makes it a pretty handy home gadget.
