On May 17th, Grammy Award winning reggae band Steel Pulse dropped their first new album in 15 years, Mass Manipulation. The reggae legends recently hit the stage at BeachLife Festival in Redondo Beach, California. HTV sat down with members of the band to talk about the new album.
