Taylor Swift gave a shout out to Dwayne Johnson for his cameo in her latest music video . Johnson lent his voice to her video for her single The Man. “Gotta thank @TheRock for voicing The Man and for being so supportive of my music for years (and now my directorial debut!)” the pop star tweeted Thursday morning.

 A federal Judge set the trial date for Lori Loughlin’s college admissions case. The Fuller House star and her husband Mossimo Giannulli and six other parents accused in the bribery scandal will  go on trial beginning on October 5th. Louglin’s attorney had asked for the trial to be postponed after new evidence was revealed. Personal notes from scam mastermind Rick Singer accuse FBI investigators of directing him to lie and say that he made everyone involved with the scam aware their payments were bribery rather than legitimate donations to schools.

Steven Seagal and the Securities and Exchange Commission have reached a settlement on charges against him. The action star was accused of failing to disclose payments for promotional work for cryptocurrency. His promotion included posts on social media. Without admitting or denying the SEC’s findings, Seagal agreed to pay back $157,000, the amount he received for pitching the digital coin, plus more than $16,000 in interest. He will also pay a fine of another $157,000 and has agreed not to promote any securities for three years.
