Lady Gaga was planning a surprise performance at Coachella 2020. The singer announced on social media that she is postponing her new album due to the coronavirus outbreak. “After a lot of deliberation , I’ve made the incredibly tough decision to postpone the release of Chromatica,” she wrote on Instagram. Gaga added that she had “so many fun things” planned to celebrate the album launch including a Coachella performance. The music festival was postponed until October.
Anna Wintour and Tom Ford are creating a fund to help young designers effected by the coronavirus pandemic. The CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund has been turned into A Common Thread. It is a “fund-raising initiative supporting those in the American fashion community who have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic,” according to a news release from Vogue and the CFDA.
Dennis Quaid and his fiancée Laura Savoie have postponed their wedding .“We postponed … once we started to hear about [coronavirus in] Italy,” Quaid told Extra “We have a few members of the family and friends who have low immune systems due to medical treatment, medical issues going on. We decided, ‘Let’s just postpone.’” The couple were set to tie the knot in Hawaii in April.
