PETER DINKLAGE addressed the BACKLASH over the GOT FINALE AGAIN

Peter Dinklage addressed the backlash over the Game of Thrones finale. “They wanted the pretty white people to ride off into the sunset together. By the way, it’s fiction. There’s dragons in it. Move on,” joked Dinklage in a recent interview with The New York Times. He added, “I think the reason there was some backlash about the ending is because they were angry at us for breaking up with them.”

Olivia Munn and John Mulaney both shared a photo of their son on Instagram and revealed the newborn’s name. Munn captioned the  photo of their bundle of joy wrapped up in a cozy blanket, “My Golden Ox baby. Malcolm Hiệp Mulaney. Happy Holidays.”

James Franco addressed the sexual misconduct accusations against him in an interview with SiriusXM host Jess Cagle.  Former students accused Franco of inappropriate and sexually exploitive behavior in a Los Angeles Times report in 2018. In his interview with Cagle Franco admitted the he “did sleep with students.” In June of 2021 Franco and associated parties agreed to pay $2.2 million to settle a lawsuit with two former students but denied any wrong doing.

 

LORI LOUGHLIN returns to TV

Lori Loughlin made her return to television over the weekend. Loughlin reprised her role as Abigail Stanton in the season 2 premiere of When Hope Calls. She last played Abigail on season 6 of the Hallmark Channel’s, When Calls the Heart before they cut ties with her over the college admissions scandal. 

Leonardo DiCaprio  jumped into a frozen lake to save his two huskies, Jack and Jill, when they fell into the water while they were visiting the set of Don’t Look Up. His co-star Jennifer Lawrence explained during a segment of Entertainment Weekly’s Around the Table, “One of the dogs fell in, and he jumped into the frozen lake to save the dog. As soon as he pushed the one dog out of the pond, the other one jumped in.” DiCaprio added, “Well, the other one started licking the one that was drowning, and then we all were in the frozen lake together.” He said  that the incident was especially shocking to his pups, which are used to the warmer waters of southern California.

More bad news for Chris Noth. The Sex and the City star was dropped from the CBS series The Equalizer. “Chris Noth will no longer film additional episodes of ‘The Equalizer,’ effective immediately,” Universal Television and CBS said in a statement. Three women have accused Noth of sexual assault.

ANDY COHEN reveals BREAKTHROUGH case of COVID-19

Andy Cohen returned to his SiriusXM radio show on Monday. Cohen revealed that he had been away because he had a breakthrough case of COVID-19. “I am so happy I could cry right now,” he began. “I had COVID. That’s why we were gone all last week. And the best news is I woke up this morning to a negative PCR test.” He shared that he was “pretty sick” but he is all better now. This is his second battle with COVID. He first tested positive in March 2020.

 NeNe Leakes is dating again. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star revealed there is a new man in her life and that her late husband Gregg gave her his blessing to move on before he passed away earlier this year. “Gregg and I had a very tearful conversation before his passing. His words to me were “be happy, keep smiling and he who finds you, has found a good one,” she told The Shade Room.

Paul Rudd hosted Saturday Night Live this weekend. Just hours before he was set to take the stage NBC announced that there would be no live audience and only limited cast and crew on hand due to the surge of COVID-19 in New York City . The show featured holiday highlights from seasons past and some pre-recorded segments.

WARRANT issued for ALEC BALDWIN’S PHONE

Authorities in New Mexico issued a warrant for Alec Baldwin’s cell phone on Thursday. An eight-page document written by the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office was approved by a local judge. Authorities can now search Baldwin’s device for text messages, emails, social media messages, browser history and other information related to the investigation into the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins on the set of Rust. 

Mariah Carey talked Christmas with Extra. “I love the holidays more than any time, even though a lot of times we dress the place up, it’s not the same as the actual holidays,” Carey said. “I am a traditional lover of the holidays, I truly am.” Carey revealed one of her family’s Christmas traditions. “I go on a sleigh ride the night before… me and the family.”

According to TMZ Olivia Munn and John Mulaney welcomed their baby last month. Sources told the outlet that Munn gave birth to a son in Los Angeles on November 24th. This is the first child for the couple who began dating earlier this year.  Munn and Mulaney have not commented on the news. 

 

CHRIS NOTH ACCUSED of SEXUAL ASSAULT

Two women have accused Chris Noth of sexually assaulting them. According to The Hollywood Reporter the alleged incidents occurred in 2004 and 2015. The Sex and the City star denied the allegations in a statement. “The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false,” Noth said. “These stories could’ve been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago — no always means no — that is a line I did not cross.

Lily Collins revealed that she struggled to walk in heels while filming season 2 of Emily in Paris after lockdown.  “My first fitting for the season was about seven hours,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “But it’s fun. It’s also really hard to wear that many layers sometimes and running around the streets in heels, especially after COVID, having worn sweatpants for a year and a half. Being comfortable and all of a sudden it’s, ‘Oh, fashion. What is that?’”

The original stars of Jurassic Park are returning for the latest film in the franchise. According to Colin Trevorrow, director for Jurassic World: Dominion Jeff Goldblum, Sam Neill and Laura Dern will have “major roles” in the film. He told Entertainment Weekly that the the three original stars will have “equal screen time to” Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. 

BEN AFFLECK said he FELT TRAPPED in MARRIAGE to JENNIFER GARNER

Ben Affleck revealed that he felt “trapped in his marriage to Jennifer Garner. “We probably would’ve ended up at each other’s throats. I probably still would’ve been drinking,” Affleck told Howard Stern on his SiriusXM show. “Part of why I started drinking was because I was trapped.” The Argo star went to rehab for alcohol in 2018. “I was like, ‘I can’t leave because of my kids, but I’m not happy, what do I do?’ And what I did was [I] drank a bottle of scotch and fell asleep on the couch, which turned out not to be the solution.”

Flavor Flav suffered a very close call driving home from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. According to TMZ a giant boulder rolled down a cliffside and landed on the side of Flav’s vehicle. The incident happened  in La Tuna Canyon, and once the boulder hit the side of his car, he briefly lost control, but was then able to recover and get to the other side of the road. A rep for the rapper told PEOPLE that he ” is okay, although a bit emotionally shaken up.”

LuAnn de Lesseps is sure The Real Housewives of New York are here to stay. “‘New York is not going anywhere,” she told Page Six. She added that she is practicing patience as the network “[gets] casting in order” for next season. “I don’t know who’s staying, who’s going, but I’m looking forward to the next season. It’s going to be a strong one.” The Bravo series is  normally filming at this time of year but is on “pause” after a season full of controversy. 

KRISTIN DAVIS is SHOCKED by NEGATIVE COMMENTS

Kristin Davis spoke out about the negative comments that she and her, And Just Like That co-stars have received about their appearance. “Everyone wants to comment, pro or nay or whatever, on our hair and our faces and our this and our that. The level of intensity of it was a shock,” Davis told The Sunday Times. She added, “I feel angry and I don’t want to feel angry all the time, so I don’t look at it, I just know it’s there.”

Production for “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” has partially shut down after several members of the cast tested positive for COVID-19. According to Page Six Lisa Rinna, Garcelle Beauvais and Erika Jayne are among those who have tested positive . The cast were filming for the upcoming Season 12 before the shut down. The entire cast walked the red carpet  together at the People’s Choice Awards on December 7th. 

Armie Hammer’s attorney confirmed that he has left a Florida treatment facility. Hammer checked in last May according to Vanity Fair for drug, alcohol and sex issues. Sexual assault and abuse allegations were made against the actor earlier this year. Hammer remains under investigation in Los Angeles for rape. Effie Angelova accused him of “violently” raping her in 2017. Hammer has denied the allegations.

 

KEANU REEVES also QUESTIONED THE MATRIX RESSURRECTIONS MOVIE

Keanu Reeves had the same question we all did when we heard about The Matrix Resurrections movie. “When the director asked me what I thought about doing another ‘Matrix’ film I said ‘What? That sounds amazing but I’m dead.,” Reeves said on The Graham Norton Show. “She was like, ‘Are you?’ and I said, ‘Do tell!’ She wrote a beautiful story, and I love playing the character. How I am alive will all be explained.”

Kim Kardashian is one step closer to becoming a lawyer. Kardashian passed the baby bar law exam on her 4th try. She announced the news on social media. “I PASSED THE BABY BAR EXAM!!!!” She posted on Monday. “Looking in the mirror, I am really proud of the woman looking back today in the reflection. For anyone who doesn’t know my law school journey, know this wasn’t easy or handed to me. I failed this exam 3 times in 2 years, but I got back up each time and studied harder and tried again until I did it!!!”

Elon Musk  is Time magazine’s Person of the Year. The magazine announced Monday that Musk the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, also the world’s richest person, received their top honor for 2021. “Person of the Year is a marker of influence, and few individuals have had more influence than Musk on life on Earth, and potentially life off Earth too,” Time’s Editor-in-Chief, Edward Felsenthal wrote. 

 

KIM KARDASHIAN asks JUDGE to make her LEGALLY SINGLE

Kim Kardashian filed documents to become legally single. According to TMZ she filed the papers on Friday afternoon. The reality star also requested to drop the surname West and revert back to her maiden name. If a judge signs off it will separate issues of child custody and property from marital status. Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye West in February. West has repeatedly made public pleas to get back together with Kardashian but she seems to have moved on.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cowboy Bebop starring John Cho has been cancelled by Netflix after just one season. The series based on the beloved anime premiered in November with ten episodes and also stars Mustafa Shakir and Daniella Pineda. The series received mixed reviews from critics and fans.

Drew Barrymore revealed that she has been sober for more than 2 years. “I’m just going to say something for the first time in a long time: I have not had a drink of alcohol in two and a half years. And it was something that I realized just did not serve me in my life,” Barrymore said on CBS Mornings.
