Donald Glover and Rihanna have a secret project, and we just got a sneak peek

Though we’ve been hearing rumors for a while now that Donald Glover and Rihanna have been working on a secret project, the details have been kept completely under wraps… Until NOW!

Over the weekend, an attendee at the Pharos festival at Tapapakanga Regional Park in Auckland, New Zealand, caught a preview of a film titled “Guava Island,” which sure enough features both Glover and our girl Riri.

According to the title sequence, the film stars Childish Gambino (the name Glover uses when he performs music), Rihanna, Letitia Wright and Nonso Anozie, and is directed by Hiro Murai. Murai of course directed the music video for Childish Gambino’s summer 2018 music video phenomenon “This is America.”

There’s still some speculation over whether the “Guava Island” film will be a feature-length movie or an extended music video (à la Beyoncé’s “Lemonade” in 2016), but given how much interest this preview has garnered over the past few days, it won’t matter. We’re ALL here for it.

These Dunkin’ Cappu-chinos aren’t real, but maybe they should be

Dunkin’ released a new ad for its espresso drinks showing off a clothing line called Dunkin’ Espresso-Wear, featuring Cappu-chinos, Americano-veralls and the Latte-nk top. Much as you may want a pair of those ultra convenient cup-holding pants, we’re reminded in the caption of the YouTube video that the items are “not available, because they’re not real.” 2018 has seen so many fast food clothing lines (hello Taco Bell and KFC) it’s actually more surprising to see a brand punk us with a fake-out. Well played, Dunkin’.
