Keurig makes a counter top bartender and we’re onboard for that!

So just when you thought Keurig had the counter top coffee maker market corned the company just recently announced they are breaking into the automatic bartender machine world (if that is even such a thing yet) with the announcement of their Drinkworks Drinkmaker system.

The Drinkworks drinkmaker prepares cocktails, beer, and more at home using proprietary Drinkworks™ Pods. Each drink is made consistently every time using a Pod-specified mix of chilled water and carbonation. A variety of Drinkworks™ Pod Collections include classic and specialty cocktail offerings, leading beer brands like Beck’s, Bass, and Stella Artois, and signature mixers. Enjoying quality drinks at home, both old favorites and new discoveries, has never been easier. The Drinkworks Home Bar includes everything you need to get started. So deep fakes took the internet by storm last year and it seems the fad is continuing on here in 2020. Came across this interesting video by Vimeo user Alex Skorkin which includes a montage of footage from Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings trilogy with the Fab Four digitally added to some characters of middle earth. The video is soundtracked by The Beatles “Day in the Life” and if anything is a fun mashup of fantasy and music. Check it out below!
